Kalamazoo Wings News Release
The two top teams in the UHL's Central Division will face-off against one another, as the Kalamazoo Wings battle the Muskegon Fury. The K-Wings will try to do what no team has done in the last 10 games, defeat the Muskegon Fury. Muskegon enters the day four points ahead of the K-Wings for the top spot in the division.
Kalamazoo will be looking to extend one streak while ending another. The K-Wings have won four games in a row; however, all four of those games where at Wings Stadium. Kalamazoo has lost two straight road contests, including a 3-2 loss in their last road game on November 5th in Muskegon. The K-Wings will get a boost in the lineup, as Tim Turner returns after missing the past three games due to injury.
The Fury are the lone remaining unbeaten team in the UHL. The two-time defending Colonial Cup Champions, who are 10-0-0, have won all six of their encounters at the L.C. Walker Arena. Muskegon has the most prolific offense in the league. In fact, the top four scorers in the UHL play for Muskegon, including Todd Robinson, who leads the entire league in scoring with 27 points.

Two K-Wing players come in to the L.C. Walker Arena on scoring streaks. Daniel Carriere has recorded a point and an assist in each of his four games. The four-game streaks ties Carriere for the K-Wings season high in each category. Nick Bootland has scored a goal in each of his last three games. Bootland's three-game goal ties him with Tyler Rennette for the K-Wings season high for consecutive games with a goal.
Turner Returns
The K-Wings will get a boost to their lineup tonight. After missing the past three games, forward Tim Turner has come off the team's 7-Day IR.
Closing in on a Milestone
Forward Joe Seroski is closing in a on a personal milestone. Seroski, who has three goals in his last two games, needs just two more goals to reach 200 for his career.
