Game Preview What a difference a week makes. Last week the Kalamazoo Wings prevented history as they defeated the River Otters 5-4, and by doing so, Kalamazoo ended River Otters 8 game winning streak, and 10 game road winning streak. Tonight, it will be Missouri looking to end a streak, as the River Otters have dropped their last 4 games.
Missouri enters the game in first place in the Western Conference. The top team in the UHL has a 7-point head over Muskegon, who is in second place. The K-Wings enter the contest in fifth place in the Western Conference, however, the K-Wings are just 4 points behind both Rockford and Quad City for third place, and 5 points behind Muskegon for second place.

Stone Cold With 33 saves on 33 shots @ Port Huron last night , Chad Alban recorded his first shut out of the season, and the K-Wings second. The shutout was also the 7th in the K-Wings UHL history.
Shooting Stars Kalamazoo has two of the top shooters in the league. Recently acquired forward Shawn Roed is second in the league in shooting percentage, with a percentage of .222. Richard Keyes is also in the top five in shooting percentage. Keyes is fifth in the UHL with a shooting percentage of .189.
Short Handed K-Wings forward Peter Roed leads all UHL players in short handed goals. Roed enters tonight's game with league leading 4 short-handed goals.
Getting Familiar with the Otters Tonight's game will be the fifth meeting in just over a month between the two teams. After tonight, the K-Wings and the River Otters will play each other five more times, including a return engagement at Wings Stadium next Friday night (1/24).
