
Cougars Reduce Roster to 27 Players

Prince George Cougars News Release
The Prince George Cougars have announced that they have reduced their roster to 27 players, including four (4) goaltenders, nine (9) defencemen, and 14 forwards.
The following five players have been returned to their respective team from camp:
Carson Carels ('08) - D
Kayden Lemire ('08) - F
Townes Kozicky ('08) - F
Dermot Johnston ('08) - D
Patrick Sopiarz ('08) - F
All five players are 15 year-olds, which means they are eligible to to dress in five regular season games as affilaite players for the Cougars during the 2023-24 season until their U18 seasons come to a close.
The Cougars cap off their exhibition schedule this weekend when they take on the Edmonton Oil Kings in Grand Cache, AB on Friday, September 15th at 6:00pm PDT and Sunday, September 17th at 12:00pm PDT.
