MOLINE, Ill. (April 8, 2015) - The Quad City Mallards have postponed national anthem singer Jim Cornelison's appearance at the team's game this Saturday night at the iWireless Center, the Mallards announced today.

Cornelison's appearance will be rescheduled for a later date. A late-arising commitment will prevent the Chicago-based anthem performer from singing before Saturday night's 7:05 p.m. game between the Mallards and Tulsa Oilers.

The Mallards will open the best-of-seven first round of the Kelly Cup playoffs next week on a date to be announced against a foe also still to be determined. Tickets are available through the iWireless Center box office, Ticketmaster outlets, ticketmaster.com and Ticketmaster charge-by-phone toll free at 1-800-745-3000 . The box office is open weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and game days from 10:00 a.m. until the start of the second period.
