FRISCO, Texas - Andretty Cordero had a grand slam and six RBIs as part of an 11-10 win over Corpus Christi Wednesday night.

SYNOPSIS

* Cordero's slam added valuable insurance in the bottom of the eighth and was the team's first grand slam of the year.

* The Dominican infielder collected his other two RBIs on a two-run double as part of a seven-run sixth.

* Righty Rafael Montero worked two innings of relief in his Riders debut and Emmanuel Clase came on in the ninth to earn the save.

* Andretty Cordero: 2-for-5, 2B, grand slam, 6 RBI, 2 R

* Ryan Dorow: 2-for-3, 2 BB, 2 R

* Jonathan Hernandez: 6 IP, 7 H, 4 ER, 1 BB, 3 K

* Rafael Montero: 2 IP, 4 H, 2 ER, 0 BB, 3 K

NEWS AND NOTES

* Cordero recorded his third game with at least five RBIs this year. His 54 RBIs this season are more than the team leader had all of last year (53, Preston Beck).

* Charles Leblanc ran his hitting streak to eight games with a single in the big sixth inning.
