Cooler Bag Giveaway, Illinois Lottery Cup on Weekend Docket

Rockford, Ill. - The Rockford IceHogs continue their busy stretch of December home games this weekend as they host matchups against their Central Division rivals, the Grand Rapids Griffins and the Chicago Wolves. The weekend's promo slate is highlighted by the Cooler Bag Giveaway (courtesy of Bud Light) on Friday, Dec. 7.


Time: Puck drop is at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m.

Cooler Bag Giveaway: The first 1,000 fans in attendance ages 21-and-up will receive a FREE cooler bag, courtesy of Bud Light.

Two-Buck Buds: All Friday home games during the 2018-19 season feature $2 Bud Light beers, courtesy of WXRX. The $2 beers can be purchased at most concession stands on the concourse through the end of second intermission.

Blues Flame Friday: All Friday home games during the 2018-19 season also feature a pregame party in the Blue Flame Lounge, courtesy of District Bar and Grill. This Friday, fans at the Blue Flame Lounge can enjoy the live music of Matthew Caleb Flamm.


Illinois Lottery Cup: The IceHogs host the Chicago Wolves for the fourth matchup of this year's Illinois Lottery Cup Series. The IceHogs currently lead the season set with a record of 2-1-0-0 in the teams' previous three meetings.

The Illinois Lottery Cup will be on display in the upper concourse throughout the contest for fans to view and take pictures with.

The game will also feature the Anything's Possible Ball Toss, presented by the Illinois Lottery. Fans can collect lottery balls when they are thrown into the stands and redeem them in the Fan Zone for a free Illinois Lottery instant ticket.
