C Adam Naglich and LW Logan MacMillan earned the assists for their first professional points. LW Bobby Boltgot the physical
side of things started for the Condors with a scrap against Ontario D David Walker late in the first period as well. In the second period, the Condors took the game away, tallying three goals in the span of 10:11. Pokulok scored his first of the night when D Shaun Fisher, fresh out of the penalty box, started the play up ice and helped set him up in front for a goal at 8:35 of the second frame. Just over three minutes later, Sexton used his speed to make it 3-0, by taking the puck in and freezing netminder Mike Zacharias for a tricky backhand goal. Pokulok scored his second of the game with a cross-crease pass by LW Mathieu Aubin on a delayed penalty called against Ontario. Sexton earned an assist on the play.
The third period settled down, but the Condors were still able to throw one home. C Maxime Macenauer scored his first professional tally with a wrap-a-around at 3:56 of the third period. The Condors held Ontario to just four third period shots on goal, and Pogge nailed down his eighth professional shutout and his first since the 2007-08 season. The Condors and Reign meet again tonight night at 7 p.m. at Rabobank Arena.
