CONDORSTOWN, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors announced today that C Greg Chase and C Marc-Olivier Roy have been recalled from the team's ECHL affiliate, the Norfolk Admirals. Earlier today RW Anton Slepyshev was recalled by the Edmonton Oilers, who play tonight in Arizona against the Coyotes.
CHASE - (6'0", 190 lbs., Sherwood Park, Alberta)
Second on the Admirals in scoring with six points (4g-2a) in 10 games
Nearly a point-per-game average last season with Victoria of the Western Hockey League (WHL), with 44 points (18g-26a) in 46 games
Second on the Royals in playoff scoring with 11 points (7g-4a) in 10 games
Made his professional debut in 2013-14 with Oklahoma City (AHL) notching a goal in five games; appeared in four playoff games with the Barons last season with one assist
Led the Calgary Hitmen (WHL) in scoring with 85 points (35g-50a) in 70 games in 2013-14
Drafted in the 7th round (#188 overall) of the 2013 NHL Entry Draft by Edmonton
ROY - (6'0", 183 lbs., Boisbriand, Quebec)
Under AHL contract with the Condors after being drafted in the 2nd round (#56 overall) by Edmonton in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft
Has six points (1g-5a) in 10 games with the Admirals; tied for the team lead in assists
Had five points (1g-4a) in five games at the Memorial Cup last season for Quebec
Played three seasons in Blainville-Boisbriand under Condors Assistant Coach J-F Houle

The Condors return home on Saturday, Nov. 14 and will wear specialty jerseys commemorating the 240th Anniversary of the United States Marine Corps. Game-issued jerseys will be auctioned off for charity PLUS, everyone in attendance will have the chance to win one of five that will be given away. All military personnel, active or veteran, can receive up to four complimentary tickets to the game by presenting their military ID at the box office.
