
San Jose Barracuda Announce Several Transactions

SAN JOSE - The San Jose Barracuda (@SJBarracuda) presented by Barracuda Networks (@barracuda) and Barracuda General Manager Joe Will officially announced today several transactions as the Barracuda continue their season long seven game road trip in San Diego.
The Barracuda have loaned forward Vincent Arseneau to the Allen Americans (ECHL). Arseneau had no points (0-0-0) and seven penalty minutes in five games with the Barracuda. San Jose released forward Gary Steffes from his PTO agreement and was returned to Allen. Steffes had one assist (0-1-1) in two games for the Barracuda.
The Barracuda recalled forward Daniel Doremus from the Allen Americans and signed Americans' forward Greger Hanson to a PTO agreement. Doremus had three points (1-2-3) in 11 games for Allen while Hanson had 12 points (5-7-12) and 18 penalty minutes in 11 games for the Americans. In addition, the Barracuda signed forward Alex Gallant to a PTO from the Utah Grizzlies (ECHL). Gallant had one point (0-1-1) and 37 penalty minutes in 11 games for the Grizzlies.
Doremus, Hanson, and Gallant are expected to join the club in San Diego as the Barracuda continue their season lone seven game road trip.
