Condors Host Las Vegas for First Place Showdown on Cap Giveaway Night This Friday

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Condors continue their homestand this week when they face-off against their Highway 99 rival, Fresno Falcons on Wednesday, and host a first place Pacific Division showdown against the Las Vegas Wranglers on Friday. Both games have a start time of 7 p.m. with doors opening at 6 p.m.

This Friday, March 23, KUZZ 107.9 and Pulte Homes present Condors Cap Giveaway. The first 2,000 fans will receive a Condors cap. Come watch your Condors take on the Las Vegas Wranglers in the battle for first place in the Pacific Division! A win Friday night gives the Condors the season series against the Wranglers and the playoff tiebreaker, which could decide who takes the second or third seed in post- season play if the Condors and Wranglers are tied in points at the end of the regular season.

Actress Michelle Kim, the brilliant meanie on Nickelodeon's "Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide," will be an honorary puck dropper for Friday night's game! Michelle attends Stockdale High School in Bakersfield.

Wednesday, March 21 is College/High School ID Night in The Nest. All college and high school students receive lower bowl admission for $1.00 by presenting their student ID, courtesy of CW Bakersfield and Big 96.5 Radio. Should the lower bowl fill up, tickets will be issued for the upper bowl.

The Department of Human Services Shoe Collection will also take place Wednesday night. Fans will receive $1.00 terrace admission with the donation of a pair of new or gently used shoes.

This Wednesday is also a Mercy and ARRC Technology T.H.I.N.K. Night. The Turn Hockey Into New Knowledge program allows students to earn terrace tickets to Wednesday's game through exceptional performance and behavior.

After Wednesday's game stop by the Holiday Inn Select Autograph Booth located on the concourse behind section 108 and get your Nightly Notes signed by Tyler Liebel and Tyler Scott. After Friday's game stop by the booth to have your Condors cap signed by Alexandre Bolduc and Andrew Ianiero.

Individual game tickets are on sale and may be purchased through the Rabobank Arena Box Office, which is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday with extended hours on game days. Tickets may also be purchased by phone at 322-2525, online at www.bakersfieldcondors.com, or at any Ticketmaster location.

Most games, home and away, can be seen online through B2 Networks, accessible via www.bakersfieldcondors.com, and can be heard live on KGEO Hot Talk AM 1230 with "Condors Countdown" starting 15 minutes prior to face off. All games can also be heard online at www.bakersfieldcondors.com.
