PLAYOFF PICTURE:
The Condors seized sole possession of 3rd place in the Pacific Division and 7th place in the National Conference with their 6-3 win last night, coupled with losses by both Phoenix and Stockton. Bakersfield will face the RoadRunners one last time in the regular season on April 3 in Phoenix. Including tonight, the Condors and RoadRunners both have four games remaining in the regular season, while Stockton has five.
Bakersfield has won three in a row and four of its last five, and now has a magic number of seven points for clinching a playoff spot and eliminating the RoadRunners, which can come through either points gained by the Condors or points lost by Phoenix. The first playoff tie break in the ECHL is overall wins.
