CONDORSTOWN, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors host the San Jose Barracuda at 7 p.m. tonight on Dignity Health Home Ice at Rabobank Arena for Faith & Family Night. The Valley Bible Fellowship band, Elk Grove, will perform on the plaza pre-game, and select players will speak post-game.

TONIGHT
The Bakersfield Condors play game four of a five-game home stand tonight against the San Jose Barracuda. Bakersfield owns a 4-1-1-1 record against San Jose through seven of the 12 matchups this season. In addition, the Condors have secured at least a point in the last six games of the season series (4-0-1-1). Next weekend, Bakersfield travels to San Jose for games on Saturday and Sunday afternoon which will conclude the road slate against the Barracuda.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT
Bakersfield won their sixth game in their last eight, 3-2, over San Antonio on Tuesday night at Rabobank Arena. RW Andrew Miller, D Brad Hunt, and LW Matthew Ford each scored in the win and G Laurent Brossoit picked up his 15th win between the pipes.
San Jose took three of four points in Stockton last weekend. After dramatically forcing a shootout on Saturday night, the Barracuda notched a win on Sunday, 4-1. LW John McCarthy scored twice and G Aaron Dell stopped 39 of 40 shots.
FINAL 20 GAMES - PLAYOFF RACE HEATS UP
Bakersfield, San Diego, and San Jose each have 20 games left in the regular season and the playoff race could not be tighter. San Diego and San Jose each have 53 points while the Condors have 52. In the potential crossover spot, the Charlotte Checkers have a points percentage of .547, which would not qualify for the Pacific Division playoffs. The Checkers will play 76 games and have 23 games left in the regular season
Tonight, San Diego hosts San Antonio while Charlotte has the night off. The Checkers are in Manitoba to take on the Moose tomorrow night.
CONDORS NOTES
LW Rob Klinkhammer is on a five-game scoring streak (5g-4a). He is tied for the league lead with three shorthanded goals... G Laurent Brossoit has won four of his last five starts... The Condors allowed a season-low 19 shots to San Antonio on Tuesday... Bakersfield is 11-0-0-0 when leading after two periods on home ice.
BARRACUDA NOTES
San Jose is tied for 3rd with 15 overtime games... G Aaron Dell is 9th in the AHL with a 2.37 goals-against average. His .925 save percentage is 5th among goalies... F Ben Smith has nine points (7g-2a)in 13 games since being assigned by the Sharks.
