Comets Sign Alex Kile to PTO

Utica, N.Y. - Utica Comets General Manager Ryan Johnson announced today that the club has signed forward Alex Kile to a PTO.

Kile, 24, has appeared in 10 games this season with the Maine Mariners, scoring nine points (7-2-9). He has also appeared in 12 career AHL games, totaling three points (2-1-3).

Prior to turning pro, the Troy, Michigan native played four seasons at the University of Michigan, skating in 130 games and collecting 80 points (40-40-80).
