Columbus Recalls Left Wing Tom Sestito

Syracuse, NY (April 7, 2010) - The Syracuse Crunch announced today that the Columbus Blue Jackets have recalled left wing Tom Sestito.

Sestito, 22, has appeared in 35 games for the Crunch this season, tallying 10 goals, six assists and 138 penalty minutes. In addition, he skated in one game with Columbus earlier this season back on November 16 vs. Edmonton, recording five penalty minutes.

A native of Rome, NY, Sestito has appeared in 153 games with the Crunch over the past three seasons, collecting 25 goals, 34 assists and 508 penalty minutes, placing him sixth on the club's all-time list in that category. He was selected by Columbus in the third round, 85th overall, in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft.
