
Cincinnati Cyclones Release 2006-07 Promotions Schedule

Cincinnati Cyclones News Release
CINCINNATI, Ohio - The Cincinnati Cyclones of the ECHL released their 2006-07 promotions schedule on Tuesday, (Oct. 3). There are promotions scheduled for 35 of the 36 games to be played at U.S. Bank Arena.
Among the many promotions will be Weigh-In Wednesdays, where contestants in a season-long weight loss program will participate, Thirsty Thursdays, where fans will be able to purchase their favorite beverages for one dollar and Two-For-Tuesdays, where fans are encouraged to bring fans and receive a second ticket for free when one is purchased at the box office.
The schedule is highlighted by the Gilbert Dionne jersey retirement game (Dec. 2), where the former Cyclones great will have his No. 21 hoisted into the rafters. NASCAR Night (Jan. 6) will see Denny Hamlin make a visit to U.S. Bank Arena. WWE Night (Nov. 3) will highlight an appearance by John Cena. Heroes Night (Nov. 11) pays tribute to those serving in the armed forces. Big Ben Motorcycle Helmet Night (Dec. 15) will have helmet safety information for fans who are bike riders. The ever-popular Fan Appreciation Night (April 6) will see prizes awarded to fans attending the final regular season game of the campaign.
"This schedule will make for a fun and entertaining time this season," Cyclones Marketing Director Morella Raleigh said. "There will be something out of the ordinary happening at almost every game."

The Cyclones begin the 2006-07 season on Friday night, October 20 against Pensacola at U.S. Bank Arena.
