Cincinnati Cyclones Announce Revisions To Schedule
December 11, 2008 - ECHL (ECHL)
Cincinnati Cyclones News Release
CINCINNATI, Ohio - The Cincinnati Cyclones, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Montreal Canadiens and Nashville Predators, announced revisions to their 2008-09 schedule this morning. The changes were necessitated by the abrupt departure of Augusta from the ECHL on December 2.
The Cyclones will have three games changed as a result of the league re-scheduling-all of them on the road. Games previously scheduled for February 18 (at Dayton), March 1 (at Wheeling) and March 14 (at Reading) have all been removed from the schedule. These are replaced by Friday, January 30 and Saturday, January 31 trips to Dayton and a Saturday, February 7 tilt at Mississippi.
Tickets for the 2008-09 Cincinnati Cyclones season are now on sale. Ticket packages are available for every budget, call the Cyclones at 513-421-PUCK (7825) for more details. The next home game is Friday night (December 12) when Wheeling is in for a 7:30pm clash. It is the annual Teddy Bear Toss game, where fans are encouraged to bring new and gently loved stuffed animals to the game and throw them on the ice after the first Cyclones goal. Animals collected will be donated to the Shriners.
