July 16, 2018 - International League (IL1)
Lehigh Valley IronPigs News Release
Get into the holiday spirit on Tuesday, July 24, as the IronPigs host Christmas in July at Coca-Cola Park.
The evening's festivities will also include Christmas music, 30 percent off select holiday merchandise at the Majestic Clubhouse Store and, of course, visits from Santa and Mrs. Claus. Prior to the contest, 1,500 kids 17 and under will receive an IronPigs Elf on the Shelf presented by Lutron.
In the spirit of the season of giving, the IronPigs will also host a Philling the Need donation drive. Bring new and gently used toys to Coca-Cola Park to donate and be entered into a raffle for signed IronPigs memorabilia. Your donations will support the Domestic Abuse and Sexual Assault Crisis Center of Warren County.
Christmas in July kicks off a six-game homestand for the first-place IronPigs against the Gwinnett Stripers and Columbus Clippers. For Tuesday's contest, gates will open at approximately 5:45 p.m. and the first pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m.
The week's homestand continues with Wednesday with Camp Day (and an 11:35 a.m. first pitch). Thursday's contest will be Festers Night presented by Rothrock Motors. The evening's activities will include Musikfest ticket giveaways and special merchandise before concluding with MEGA BLAST Fireworks - the largest Fireworks show in Coca-Cola Park's history.
Friday's contest will be followed by Beatles-themed Friday Night Fireworks presented by DeSales University's Access Program before Minions Night on Saturday featuring Minions Fireworks presented by Provident Bank.
The homestand concludes Sunday, July 29, with FeRROUS and FeFe's Birthday Celebration.
Tickets to each of these contests are available now at IronPigsBaseball.com, by phone at (610) 841-PIGS (7447) and at the Coca-Cola Park ticket windows during regular business hours.
