Chiefs to Present Promotion Winner with $1,000 Shopping Spree

Spokane, Wash. - At 6:00 p.m. On Tuesday, December 5, the Spokane Chiefs will present Tina Batha, the winner of the annual "Fred Meyer Shop with the Chiefs" promotion with a $1,000 shopping spree to Fred Meyer as a part of her prize for winning a series of promotions at a game in November. Tina was one of six contestants, four from an online sign-up as well as two others selected at the Spokane Chiefs home game on Saturday, November 25 vs. Victoria. Our champion competed in a holiday present themed puck shoot during the 1st intermission and won a 'Name That Price' style game from the Chiefs bench during the 2nd intermission. As part of the promotion, Chiefs forward Rasmus Ekström and defenseman Owen Schoettler will help the winner push their cart and secure their shopping spree reward.

Also, as part of the promotion, Fred Meyer will make a $500 donation to Second Harvest Inland Northwest, helping provide 2,500 meals for those in need in the area. Every dollar raised helps Second Harvest provide five meals for the community. Learn more at https://2-harvest.org/.
