Dayton, OH - Fresh off a big offensive output Monday night, the Peoria Chiefs marched into Ohio and ended the Dayton Dragons 10-game win streak with an impressive 5-1 win on Tuesday. Alfred Joseph fell down and the ball rolled all the way to the wall allowing Cabrera to reach third. Eddy Rodriguez got the home team on the board with a sacrifice fly to right before Jake Renshaw got out of the inning.
The Chiefs extended their lead in the fifth inning against reliever Lee Tabor. Matt Camp reached on an error to start the inning and scored on a double to right by Joseph. Canzler picked up his fourth RBI in the last two days with a two strike single to left scoring Joseph for a 4-1 Peoria lead.
