
Chiefs Face Kane County Cougars in Weekend Rivalry Series

The Kane County Cougars come to Dozer Park for a three game series this weekend in a battle between Cardinals and Cubs prospects. Saturday starts a 3-game series and a chance to see Cubs prospects Albert Almora & Dan Vogelbach plus ex-Chiefs Reggie Golden, Sheldon McDonald and Marco Hernandez take on Cardinals prospects Charlie Tilson, Patrick Wisdom, Sam Tuivailala and Breyvic Valera.
The home stand begins this Saturday, July 27th at 6:30pm. The first 1,000 fans will receive a Joe Girardi Bobblehead in his Spalding High School Uniform, presented by Peoria Catholic Schools in celebration of 150 years of Catholic schools in the Peoria area. Stick around for post-game FIREWORKS, presented by CEFCU!
Sunday, July 28th at 5:00pm is Nickelodeon Day, with appearances from SpongeBob SquarePants, Dora the Explorer, and Blue from Blue's Clues! It's also Sonic SuperKids Sunday. Kids 12 and under receive a FREE ticket when purchased at the Box Office or for just a penny when purchased online, presented by Sonic, America's Drive In! In celebration of Parent's Day, parent tickets are just $5! Arrive early to play catch on the field prior to the game and get autographs from Peoria Chiefs players. After the game, all kids 12 and under can run the bases. The first 1,000 fans receive a Cory Jones Player Poster courtesy of PJStar.com and Sonic!
The home stand concludes Monday, July 29th at 7:00pm for Markdown Mania Monday. Tickets are half-price, with $5 club box seats and $3.50 lawn tickets. Don't wait to reserve your seats.
