Charlotte FC Announces First Team Backroom Staff Ahead of 2023 Season

CHARLOTTE, NC - Charlotte FC today announced the 2023 first team backroom staff, including the complete Health, Performance and Sports Science, Administration, Equipment, and Security departments.

Charlotte FC's Health, Performance and Sports Science is led by Director of Health, Performance and Sports Science, Jon MacGregor. His entire athletic training team returns from the 2022 season, with Tyler Knight as Head Athletic Trainer and Rehab Coordinator. He is joined by Baker Cronin as First Assistant Athletic Trainer and Karyn Latorre of Atrium Health as Second Assistant Athletic Trainer.

Adam Parr also returns as Head Performance Specialist and Peter Gorka, previously of the Colorado Rapids, joins the Club as Assistant Performance Specialist. Alicia Fogarty of Atrium Health rounds out the department as the team's Sports Dietitian.

The Administration department is led by returning First Team Administrator, Spencer Regier. He is assisted by Wan Kuzac, First Team Administrator Assistant, who joins the Club from the Sporting Kansas City organization, as well as Ana Kneisl, Soccer Operations Administrative Assistant.

Equipment Manager Paul Dillon continues to lead the Club's Equipment department alongside Assistant Equipment Manager, Robert Stout.

Security Manager Craig Conger leads security for the first team on a daily basis, continuing in his role from 2022.
