KANNAPOLIS, N.C. - Monday's Memorial Day game between the Charleston RiverDogs and the Kannapolis Intimidators was canceled due to heavy rain.
The game will not be made up since the two teams do not play each other again in the regular season.
Charleston heads home to kickstart an eight-game homestand at Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park, starting with four games against the Hickory Crawdads, a Texas Rangers affiliate. Tuesday's first contest, scheduled for a 7:05 p.m. first pitch, features Charleston southpaw Josh Romanski (NR) making his first career start versus Hickory southpaw Robbie Ross (6-4, 2.24 ERA).
