Celebrate July Fourth Weekend with Fireworks, Giveaways

CORPUS CHRISTI - Join the Hooks at Whataburger Field this Independence Day weekend for a four-game series against the Springfield Cardinals packed with fireworks and giveaways.

The homestand begins Thursday, July 4 with a special firework display after the 6:15 p.m. game. On Friday, July 5, all fans in attendance will receive an Astros George Springer bobblehead and be treated to another fireworks show. The giveaways continue Saturday, July 6 as the first 2,000 fans receive a commemorative Carlos Correa Hooks jersey.

Here's a full look at the homestand:

Thursday, July 4 vs. Springfield Cardinals: 6:15 p.m. (gates open 4:45 p.m.)

Fourth of July Fireworks! Stick around after the game for a patriotic fireworks display, presented by the Port of Corpus Christi.

Thirsty Thursday & College Night ($3 beer, discounted soda, and $5 berm ticket for students with valid ID)

H-E-B Kids Day (kids run the bases postgame)

Military Salute Sunday presented by T-Mobile (half-price reserved tickets for active duty military and veterans with a valid ID, limit 2 tickets per member)
