Catch the Maine Red Claws Live on Time Warner Cable

PORTLAND, Maine (Dec. 1, 2011) - For the third year in a row, Time Warner Cable customers in Maine and New Hampshire can watch selected home games featuring the NBA D-League Maine Red Claws live on TWC TV. The 10-game schedule kicks off with Saturday's game vs. Springfield Armor at 7 p.m.
The games will be shown live from the Portland Expo on Channel 9 in Maine and Channels 21 & 22 in New Hampshire. The play by play announcer is Chris Sedenka from 96.3 FM The Big Jab with color commentary provided by Rick Simonds.
"This year we'll be airing the most ever live games - 10 - as a result of our partnership with the Maine Red Claws and the NBA D-League," said Todd LaSalle, Time Warner Cable's director of programming for New England. "These games are part of Time Warner Cable's commitment to bringing our customers unique, local sports programming they can't get anywhere else."
"We're thrilled to have Red Claws games available on Time Warner Cable once again this season," said Maine Red Claws President and General Manager Jon Jennings. "Time Warner has an incredible reach across the region, giving fans throughout the area the opportunity to see what a Red Claws game is like. We travelled from Kittery to Presque this summer conducting clinics and no matter how far we were from Portland, fans told us they had seen us on Time Warner Cable."
