Portland, Maine - National Basketball Association Development League favorite, Maine Red Claws, will offer fans more this year than exciting games. Through a new partnership with Cardagin Networks, a mobile loyalty and advertising leader, the Red Claws will provide fans with exclusive deals and rewards, both online and at the arena, just in time for the holiday season.

"We are always looking for new ways to make the Red Claws accessible to our fans," said Red Claws President and General Manager Jon Jennings. "We have found Crustacean Nation to be very tech saavy, and we thought the Cardagin app would be a great way to let them know about the merchandise we offer."

The Red Claws, the NBA Development League affiliate of the Boston Celtics, Charlotte Bobcats and Philadelphia 76ers, is the first NBA D-League team to go mobile, allowing it to connect and reward its loyal fans with special offers designed solely for them. Through official merchandise promotions, fans can support their favorite local team and save money. In the coming months, the Red Claws will also employ Cardagin's unique loyalty platform to reward Red Claws' fans for their continued support - the more games attended and merchandise purchased, the more rewards fans will earn.

To kick off the partnership, the Red Claws will be offering 10% off Red Claws merchandise for all fans that download the free Cardagin app on their smartphones during the home opener on Saturday, December 3.

Access to the deals is easy. Once the app is downloaded, fans can join the "Maine Red Claws" mobile loyalty program and see deals instantly on the team's mobile storefront.
