Carolina Mudcats Announce Roster Transactions

ZEBULON, NC - The Atlanta Braves announced several player transactions today with four affecting the Carolina Mudcats active roster. The moves included the placement of RHP Wes Parsons on the Carolina disabled list, the transfer of RHP Zach Quintana from Carolina to the Danville Braves, the transfer of LHP Michael O'Neal to Carolina from the Mississippi Braves and the transfer of RHP Taylor Lewis from the Rome Braves to the Mudcats.

The Mudcats roster is currently at 25 active players with five on the disabled list.

5/26 - RHP Zach Quintana transferred to Danville Braves from Carolina Mudcats

5/26 - RHP Taylor Lewis transferred to Carolina Mudcats from Rome Braves

The Carolina Mudcats are the Class A Advanced affiliate of the Atlanta Braves. First established in 1991, the two-time Southern League Champion Carolina Mudcats are in their 26th consecutive season of baseball at Five County Stadium in Zebulon, N.C.
