Carlson Returns to Reign After AHL Call-Ups

ONTARIO, Calif. - The Ontario Reign, defending Pacific Division Champions and proud affiliate of the NHL's 2012 Stanley Cup Champion Los Angeles Kings, announced that goaltender Dustin Carlson has signed with the team for the second time this season.

Carlson, 26, appeared in three games with the Reign this season and has a 1-1-1 record. With the Reign his goals-against average is 3.28 and he has a 0.875 save percentage. Ontario is the only team Carlson has played with this season.

Since turning pro, the 6-foot-2, 190-pound goaltender has seen time in a total of 26 games averaging 3.30 goals-against with a 0.884 save percentage. While playing at the college level with Ohio State, Carlson played in 71 games with a 2.71 goals-against average and a 0.913 save percentage.

Carlson will start in tonight's game in Stockton and will wear number 35.
