The Jackals are facing the Royals tonight for the 12th of 16 meetings this season and the seventh of eight at First Arena. The Jackals are 5-4-2 against Reading this season after claiming a 5-3 win in Reading Wednesday night. The Jackals have won each of their last three against the Royals in come-from-behind fashion. They scored four unanswered goals after falling behind 2-1 on Wednesday and held off a late rally for the victory. Elmira's offense has been at its best against Reading and has averaged 5.33 goals per game over the three game win streak against Reading. After this weekend these teams won't meet again until March 10 in Elmira.

Jackals forward Andrew Rowe recently set the high water mark in the ECHL with a 10 game assist streak with 12 helpers in that span. While he was consistent over that streak, he has also shown a tendency to put up big points in short bursts. He leads all Jackals skaters in multi-point games with 14 (10 two point games, 4 three point games). Rowe has scored at least one point in 26 of the 43 games he has played in and 54 percent of those games have been multi-point efforts.
