
Captains Announce Free Android App

Lake County Captains News Release
(Eastlake, OH) - The Lake County Captains, the 2010 Midwest League Champions and Class A affiliate of the Cleveland Indians, are pleased to announce the release of a free smart phone app which is available now through the Android app store. The Captains plan to announce an iPhone app at a later date.
With the Captains app, fans will be able to keep up with all the latest Captains news, upcoming promotions and events, buy tickets and see game stories and access player information from wherever they might be.
This app compliments the other ways that fans can stay in touch with the team which includes the Captains web site (www.captainsbaseball.com, Facebook (facebook.com/captainsbaseball), Twitter (twitter.com/lccaptains) and the Captains Newsletter.
Critical Technologies Group, LLC developed the app and have recently launched several apps for other baseball teams.
Individual game tickets are on sale at the Classic Park box office, online at captainsbaseball.com and by phone at 440-954-WINS (9467). Full season tickets plans, 7-, 12-, 20-, and 35-game mini ticket plans for the 2011 season are on sale now at great prices complete with several exclusive benefits.
