Captains and Whitecaps Game Suspended on Monday

Lake County Captains News Release
(Eastlake, Ohio) - The Lake County Captains game against the West Michigan Whitecaps, which was scheduled for Monday has been suspended due to inclement weather. Due to the fact that the teams do not play at Classic Park again this season, the game will be resumed up in Comstock Park, MI during the August 24-26 series in West Michigan. Lake County will be the home team for the resumed game. That game will be followed by a seven-inning game where West Michigan will be the home team.
Fans with tickets for the Monday's game can exchange them for any other regular season game based on availability only at the Classic Park Ticket Office.
Lake County will travel on Tuesday to Beloit, Wisconsin. The Captains will open a three game series on Wednesday. The Captains will start LHP Ryan Merritt (5-8, 3.73) and the Snappers will counter with RHP Andres Avila (3-1, 3.21). First pitch from Pohlman Field is at 8:00 PM
Individual game tickets for all Captains games, may be purchased at the Captains official website www.CaptainsBaseball.com.
