
Silver Hawks To Throw Largest Birthday Party in Michiana

South Bend, Indiana - Your South Bend Silver Hawks are teaming up with 1st Source Bank to throw the largest birthday party in Michiana. This year marks the 150th anniversary for the financial institution that got its start back in 1863. The Silver Hawks and 1st Source Bank will be inviting all of Michiana to come out and enjoy the festivities on Wednesday, July 24th, as the Silver Hawks face off against the Lake County Captains.
As part of the birthday celebration and to recognize such a milestone of 150 years, the Silver Hawks will be offering game tickets for just $1.50. In addition to offering the special ticket price, the first 500 fans through the gate will receive a free cupcake to celebrate the occasion.
"We are very excited and proud of 1st Source's milestone and what better way to celebrate than to have a party at the Cove. I can only hope that someday South Bend will be able to celebrate a 150th anniversary for the Silver Hawks. It will be a great night and it will give fans throughout the region the opportunity to take part in the festivities and enjoy a night at the ballpark for a great price", stated Joe Hart, Team President.
