Quebec Les Capitales News Release
After playing three one-run games last week in New Haven, the Capitales and Cutters produced another nail-biter, this time with Quebec coming out on top. The game featured an excellent pitchers' duel between New Haven's Tony Harden and Quebec's Keith Dunn, and was scoreless until the bottom of the seventh, when an RBI double from 3B Eddie Lantigua put the Capitales ahead 1-0. A DH Jimmy Hurst solo shot tied the game in the top of the eighth, but Lantigua's two-run walk-off home run in the bottom of the ninth gave Quebec their fourth consecutive victory.
