Rockland County, NY - The Quebec Capitales rode a four-run fifth inning to a 5-3 win over the host New York Boulders on Tuesday at Clover Stadium in Pomona.

First, David Glaude lined a single to center. Kyle Crowl then snuck a home run inside the foul pole down the right field line and into the short porch. The long ball was Crowl's fifth of the season.
T.J. White followed with a single before a double from Josh McAdams put runners on second and third for Garrett Takamatsu, who singled to drive in both runners.
New York had grabbed a 1-0 lead in the home half of the third on an RBI groundout by Giovanni Garbella.
The Boulders inched closer with single runs in the sixth and seventh innings. In the sixth, a sacrifice fly by Austin Dennis made it 4-2; then, in the seventh, David Vinsky blasted his fifth home run of the year, a solo shot, to cut their deficit to 4-3.
The Capitales, though, answered with a run in the eighth. After singles from Marc-Antoine Lebreux and Webb Little put runners on first and third for Reece Yeargain, who bounced into a fielder's choice that plated Lebreux with the run that made it a 5-3 game.
