Canucks Re-assign Tremblay to Moose

The Vancouver Canucks, the NHL affiliate of the Manitoba Moose, announced they have re-assigned defenceman Yannick Tremblay to the Moose.

So far this season, Tremblay, 31, has appeared in 40 games, where he's scored 12 goals and 19 assists for 31 points and 38 penalty minutes. He leads all Moose defencemen in points so far and currently sits ninth overall in team scoring and 24th in the entire AHL among rearguards. In 127 career games in the AHL, the Montreal, PQ native has now scored 22 goals and 74 points with St. John's and the Moose.

In 10 games with Vancouver where he has tallied one goal, two assists, and 12 penalty minutes. Tremblay has played 388 NHL games in his career with Toronto, Atlanta, and Vancouver, recording 38 goals, 87 assists (37-85-125) and 178 penalty minutes.

Tremblay was originally drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs 145th overall in the 1995 NHL Entry Draft.
