Calgary Hitmen Extend Winning Streak To Eight Games

Lethbridge, AB - The Calgary Hitmen extended their season high winning streak to eight games Sunday afternoon with a 6-2 victory in Lethbridge.
Zak Stebner scored twice for the Hitmen who built period leads of 3-0 and 6-0.
Tyler Fiddler, Giffen Nyren, Brandon Kozun and Jimmy Bubnick also scored for Calgary.
Kozun finished the game with three points (1g 2a) and now has 83 on the season to lead the WHL scoring race.
Kris Foucault and Tyler Shattock each chipped in a pair of assists as Calgary outshot the Hurricanes 43-24.
The victory improves the Hitmen record to 40-16-1-1.
Calgary is back at home tomorrow to face the Brandon Wheat Kings on Family Day Monday. Game time is 2:00 p.m. at the Pengrowth Saddledome.
