
Caleb Herbert Named CCM Offensive Player of the Week

Musketeers center Caleb Herbert was named the USHL's CCM Offensive Player of the Week. Herbert notched 3 goals and 5 points in wins over Des Moines and Tri-City this past weekend. Herbert also had the deciding shootout goal in the Musketeers 5-4 win over the Buccaneers on Friday. Herbert now leads all of the USHL in goals (6), power play points (6), and sits in a tie for second in scoring in the entire league with 10 points.
The 19-year old Herbert is a 5th round draft pick of the NHL's Washington Capitals.
Earlier in the day, it was announced that Herbert was one of four Musketeers who was chosen for the U.S. Junior Select Team.
