OTTAWA - After scoring six runs against Durham yesterday, the Lynx had the tables turned on them Tuesday, falling 7-0 to their International League opponents. The Lynx are 4-2-1 in preseason action.

Ottawa managed only two hits, one each by 2003 Lynx MVP Pedro Swann and infielder Danny Sandoval, off Durham pitching. Outfielder Chris Roberson got on base with two walks.

Phillies pitcher Cole Hamels took his lumps, allowing 4 runs over 3.2 innings. Talley Haines came in and threw 2.1 scoreless before Ryan Cameron allowed 3 runs in the 7th and Kane Davis threw a scoreless 8th.

The Lynx are back on the field again tomorrow, taking on the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees, Triple-A affiliate of the New York Yankees.

The Ottawa Lynx will open the 2007 season, their first season as the Triple-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies, in Rochester on April 6.
