Mud Hens Hold Opening Day Ticket Contest

The Toledo Mud Hens are pleased to announce that a contest will be held in the coming weeks to offer fans a chance to win four (4) tickets for Opening Day 2007 and the two other games of "Championship Weekend Celebration". The opener is set for Friday, April 13 at 5:30 PM versus the Durham Bulls and the random drawing will be held on Monday, April 9.
*The Grand Prize will be four (4) tickets for Opening Day on Friday, April 13 versus Durham.
*The other two winners that are randomly selected will win four (4) tickets to either:
Saturday, April 14 (pre-game ring ceremony and replica ring giveaway night)
Sunday, April 15 ("Kids Opening Day" & Championship Pennant giveaway)
Individual game tickets for all games are on sale now at the Fifth Third Field Box Office, online at www.mudhens.com or by calling (419) 725-HENS.
Due to the limited number of Opening Day tickets available through this opportunity, applicants must fill out and submit a registration form to participate in this opportunity to purchase.
The Opening Day Ticket contest registration period begins at 9 AM on Wednesday, March 21 on the team's website, www.mudhens.com. The registration period ends at Noon on Monday, April 9 with all three winners being notified by email or phone.
There is no charge to register for this opportunity and no obligation to buy a ticket. There is no assurance that any particular registrant will be selected.
Fans who do not have Internet access can still register for the random online ticket drawing by calling (419) 725-HENS (4367) and working with a sales representative from the Mud Hens to complete the form. Winners who registered on the phone would be contacted by a member of the Mud Hens sales staff after the drawing. One entry will be allowed for each person.
Prior to the April 14 game, the Toledo field staff and players will be presented with their 2006 International League Championship rings in a special pre-game ceremony. The entire weekend at Fifth Third Field will be tabbed as "Championship Weekend Celebration".
