Buffalo Bisons News Release
The Buffalo Bisons and Round Rock Express (Houston Astros) played to a 4-4 tie at Winter Haven, FL this afternoon.
Infielder Ryan Mulhern had two of the Bisons seven hits on the day. He finished the game 2-2 with an RBI-single, a walk and a stolen base. Infielder Rodney Choy Foo went 1-3 with a two-run triple.
Pitcher Sean Smith worked three hitless innings in relief for Buffalo. Reliever Matt Miller struck out two in his two hitless innings.
The Herd will hold a camp day on Wednesday, playing an intrasquad game against Double-A Akron. The Bisons then play the Toledo Mud Hens on Thursday, March 22 at Lakeland, FL.
The Bisons open up the 2007 season at Dunn Tire Park on Thursday, April 5 against the Richmond Braves (16 days away).
