Bullies Acquire Marc St. Jean From Augusta

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. – The Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies of the ECHL have acquired defenseman Marc St. Jean from the Augusta Lynx in exchange for future considerations. St. Jean is expected to make his Bullies debut Saturday in Reading.

St. Jean, 25, never played in one game for Augusta after being traded from Charlotte on March 8 for goaltender Gregg Naumenko. In 57 games with the Checkers, St. Jean ranked third among Charlotte defensemen in scoring with 6 goals and 22 points. The Orleans, ON native is in his rookie year after completing a successful collegiate career at Wayne State University last season. In his senior year, St. Jean ranked second among Wayne State defenseman in scoring with 8 goals and 24 points leading the Warriors to their first ever NCAA Tournament appearance.

In other transactions, forward Eric Cavosie has been activated from the 30-day injured reserve and will be in the line-up tonight in Wheeling.

In other news, "Quest For the Cup", the Bullies five-part radio show broadcasted live from Swingers at the Sands Casino Hotel, Atlantic City, will air Monday one hour earlier from 6PM-7PM on ESPN Radio 1450AM. Fans are encouraged to come by and join the Bullies live at Swingers on Monday.

The Bullies return to Boardwalk Hall at 7:05PM on Wednesday, March 17 to battle the Johnstown Chiefs.
