Bulldogs launch 'New Year, New Cheer' contest

Your team - the Hamilton Bulldogs - has several upcoming promotions including âNew Year, New Cheer' Contest and âCasino Night'.
âNEW YEAR, NEW CHEER' CONTEST Students from Grades 4 - 6 are invited to create a cheer to support their team - the Bulldogs - and submit a tape of their class performing the cheer on video to the Bulldogs Office. This contest will run from January 11 to January 31. Three finalist classes will be chosen to perform their cheer on Wednesday, February 15, when the Bulldogs host the Toronto Maple Leafs' AHL Affiliate, the Toronto Marlies at 7:30 p.m. The winner will be announced after the performances and will receive a plaque of achievement, the chance to watch a Bulldogs practice, a tour of Copps Coliseum, and food coupons valid at Swiss Chalet and McDonald's. Entries can be dropped off at or mailed to: New Year, New Cheer Contest, c/o Hamilton Bulldogs Hockey Club, 101 York Blvd, Hamilton ON, L8R 3L4.
THIS IS YOUR CASINO NIGHT!
The Hamilton Bulldogs are proud to announce their First Annual Casino Night, taking place at LIUNA Station on Tuesday, February 21, 2006 from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Join your favourite Bulldogs players, coaches and staff for a great evening of entertainment. Tickets are $25 and include finger foods as well as "funny money". More "funny money" will be available to purchase. There will be a wide variety of games including: Texas Hold'em, Blackjack, Crown and Anchor, and a horse racing game. BULLDOGS SKILLS COMPETITION ON MARCH 7! The Hamilton Bulldogs will be holding their Annual Skills Competition on Tuesday, March 7 beginning at 6:00 p.m. The event will be held at the Haldimand County Caledonia Centre. This year's events will include Hardest Shot, Fastest Skater, Rapid Fire, and other events to test the skill and endurance of the âDogs players. Tickets for this event are just $5 and are available at the Haldimand County Caledonia Centre, the Hamilton Bulldogs Office during business hours, and during home games at the Customer Service Booth located behind section 116 on the Copps Coliseum concourse. All proceeds will go towards Caledonia Minor Hockey.
TIM HORTON'S JAMBOREE ON JANUARY 28TH!
Prior to the Bulldogs game on Saturday, January 28, when the Rochester Americans visit Copps Coliseum (7:00 p.m.),select tyke-aged teams in Tim Hortons Timbit hockey program will have the chance to participate in a Tim Hortons Jamboree, which will take place at Copps Coliseum. Invited players and their families can enjoy Tim Horton's refreshments, play interactive games, get their picture taken with Bruiser, and receive a medal and a mini-stick. All Timbit players attending the Jamboree will receive a ticket to the Bulldogs game that night, courtesy of Tim Hortons.
INVESTORS GROUP DAY ON JANUARY 29TH!
When the Bulldogs take on the Manitoba Moose on Sunday, January 29, kids will receive clappers courtesy of Don Fox and Investors Group. In addition, one lucky fan who is selected to participate in the 2nd Intermission Contest will win an IPOD Shuffle!
