Buffalo Bandits Acquire Thomas Montour From Calgary

BUFFALO, N.Y. (December 12, 2008) --- Buffalo Bandits Director of Lacrosse Operations Scott Loffler announced today that the Bandits have acquired defenseman Thomas Montour from the Calgary Roughnecks in exchange for the Bandits first round selection in the 2010 NLL Entry Draft.

Montour was originally acquired by Calgary in a dispersal draft held earlier today. He recorded 18 points (6-12) along with 102 loose balls last season with the Chicago Shamrox.

The Bandits open the season at home on Saturday, January 3 against the Philadelphia Wings at 7:30 p.m. Individual game tickets are on sale now starting as low as $22.
