HIDALGO, TX- The Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League will look to win their third straight road game tonight, when they visit the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees at the Dodge Arena. Game time is 7:35pm.

The Bucks come into tonight's game looking to finish off their three game road trip with a perfect 3-0 record, and beat the Killer Bees for the second time in five days.
Last night Laredo doubled up Corpus Christi 6-3, with Jeff Bes notching his third hat trick of the season, while adding an assist in the win. Chris Korchinski scored two goals, and added an assist for Laredo.
The Bucks scored four special teams goals last night (three power-play, one short handed) to upend the Rayz, and to keep their Southern Conference lead over Arizona at eight points (67 to 59).
With his four points last night, Bes becomes the first CHL-player to reach 80 points this season (36-46=82), and now holds a four point lead on Arizona's Alex Leavitt in the league scoring race.
With his two assists last night, Andrew Desjardins moved back to third in the CHL rookie scoring race with 45 points (16-29=45), sitting three points behind the leader (Mark Kolanos, 24-24=48).
The Killer Bees enter tonight having snapped their six game winless streak last night with a 5-2 win in Austin. Rio had five different goal scoreres in the win, with Dennis Maxwell scoring once and adding an assist to lead the Killer Bees.
Rob Voltera leads the Bees in scoring (22-27=49), with Travis Banga right behind him (18-30=48).
The Bucks will be back in action Thursday February 21st when they host the Odessa Jackalopes at the LEC on Taco Palenque Fiesta Night. The first 2,000 fans will receive Thunder Stix Courtesy of Taco Palenque. There will also be Pinatas, baloons, and a Mariachi band at the game.
