Maslonka To Return To Hounds Tonight

YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO - Youngstown SteelHounds Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Kevin Kaminski announced today the return of defenseman Milan Maslonka from the Albany River Rats of the American Hockey League.

Maslonka, 21, was called up by the top affiliate of the Carolina Hurricanes on February 11th. In one game he recorded two penalty minutes. In 39 games for Youngstown this season the 6-6, 245-pound defenseman has three goals, four assists and 210 penalty minutes. He has a +7 plus/minus rating.

The Hounds host the Oklahoma City Blazers tonight at 7:05. The first 1,500 fans will receive a SteelHounds "Rally Towel." The Hounds will also wear special pink jerseys for cancer awareness which will be auctioned off following the game.
