ODESSA, TX- The Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League close out a two-game road trip tonight when they travel to take on the Odessa Jackalopes at the Ector County Coliseum. Game time is 7:05pm.

Laredo enters tonight's game once again tied with Texas for third place in the Southern Conference and have a game in hand on the Brahmas. Texas hosts Rapid City tonight at 7:05pm.
The Bucks can clinch a playoff spot tonight with a regulation win over the 'Jacks and a Rio Grande Valley regulation loss in Bossier-Shreveport.
Laredo had their three-game winning streak snapped Friday night thanks to a 5-2 loss at Texas. The Bucks have not had a four-game winning streak since November 6th-15th.
Despite the loss the Bucks have earned points in 11 of their last 15 games and are 9-4-2 in that span.
The Bucks are 1-1-2 against the Jackalopes so far this season including 0-1-1 in Odessa. Laredo's lone win against Odessa this season was 6-1 romp on Decenber 5th at the LEC.
Laredo will continue their sixth straight weekend with a three-in-three Saturday. Starting the weekend of Jan 29th Bucks will play three games in three nights in seven straight weekends. In all, from January 29th-March 14th the Bucks will play 22 games in 44 days (10 home, 9 away). They are 11-6-2 in that span.
The playoff-bound Jackalopes beat Corpus 5-3 Friday night at home.

On Monday March 8th the Bucks will host Ladies Hockey 101 at the LEC hosted by Terry Ruskowski and the Bucks players.
Ladies will have the opportunity to learn the skills of the game from coach Rosco and the Bucks players. You will also get to have dinner with the team, a locker room tour, receive a gift bag and much more!

*COMMUNITY JOB FAIR MARCH 20*
The Bucks will hold the first annual community job fair presented by Staff Connection on Saturday March 20th at the Laredo Entertainment Center.
The job fair is from 12-5pm followed by a tailgate mixer before the Bucks host Wichita in their regular season finale at the LEC. Admission to the job fair is FREE with applicants getting to meet with around 20 companies that day. For more information call 718-BUCK (2825).
