
Bucks Lose Lead, Fall 6-4 in Duluth

The Waterloo Bucks (14-44, 4-19) lost a 4-0 lead to ultimately fall 6-4 in the series finale with the Duluth Huskies (40-18, 16-6) on Sunday evening.
Myles Emmerson (3-4, 2 R, 2 RBI, 2 2B, HR) and Kyle Smith (2-3, 2B, 3B, BB) each had monster days at the plate, while Kevin Welsh (2-5, R) put up the Bucks' third multi-hit game.
Mike Townsend (ND, 6.0 ip, 5 H, 1 BB, 3 ER, 5 K) threw well on the bump for the Bucks.
Waterloo opens a 4-game series in Bismarck against the Larks on Monday night at 7:05 p.m.
