Brahmas to Celebrate "Craig Minard Day" this Saturday

NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas (November 24)- This Saturday, the Texas Brahmas will recognize former captain, Craig Minard on "Craig Minard Day" in a special pregame presentation during the final game of the three game stint.
The City of North Richland Hills has deemed November 27, 2010 "Craig Minard Day" and will address and honor the blueliner prior to Saturday's 7:30 pm faceoff against the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs.
MILITARY APPRECIATION NIGHTS
This week marks the Brahmas and NYTEX Sports annual "Military Appreciation Nights" where all current and former military servicemen and women will receive $5 Terrace or $10 Plaza and Club Tickets; up to four tickets with proof of military ID at the Brahmas Box Office.
Festivities will begin tonight when Texas plays the Mudbugs for a 7 pm start. Following the game, fans will have the opportunity to participate in a free post-game skate with the Brahmas. The Brahmas return to the ice Friday with their special military themed jerseys to take on the Laredo Bucks at 7:30 pm. Concluding the week will be a contest against the Mudbugs on Saturday at NYTEX at 7:30 pm; immediately after the game will be a live game worn jersey auction . A portion of the proceeds from the auction will go to Snowball Express, an organization focused on providing new memories to the children of fallen military heroes who passed away while on active duty since September 11, 2001.
