Booyah Losing Streak Extends to Four Games

Ashwaubenon, WI - The Green Bay Booyah couldn't find a way to slow down the Madison Mallards as they fell 8-2 at home on Saturday night.

At the dish, Blaise Maris finished the day 2-2, with two walks and reached base all five times he was at the plate. Also for Green Bay, Chris Williams finished the day 2-4, with two runs driven in. Mike Ruggiero also went 2-3 with a double.

On the mound, Chris Jefferson went 4.2 innings pitched, giving up four earned runs. Jefferson fell to 1-3 on the season. Out of the bullpen, Dalton Wiggins threw 1.1 innings, allowing no runs and allowing just one hit. Chandler Ingram allowed three earned runs for the first time all season after exiting the game with the bases loaded. Tommy Miller came in with the bags full and allowed a grand slam to Austin Blazevick to put the Mallards up for good.

Green Bay tries to snap their four-game losing streak tomorrow at home against Madison. First pitch is set for 3:05 p.m. as Logan Lee makes his first career start in a Booyah uniform.
