Mississippi Sea Wolves News Release

BILOXI, Miss. – World famous Blues Brothers Act will be performing at the Mississippi Sea Wolves home opener against the Jackson Bandits on Sunday. The puck drops at 5:05 p.m. at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum.

The act mimics the Blues Brothers of Dan Akroyd and the late John Belushi, a musical comedy duo popularized in the late 70's. These brothers recreate the fun, music and comedy of the original act with striking resemblance.

Jake and Elwood will be performing their song and high-energy dance during the breaks of the game. You will also see their crazy antics in the crowd during the action as they perform improve comedy and skits.

The Blues Brothers Act has been entertaining at thousands of professional and collegiate sporting events worldwide since 1984.

The brothers stated earlier they couldn't wait to perform for the Mississippi Sea Wolves and help cheer them on to victory. "We'll do anything we can to help the good guys win," said Jake.

Sea Wolves season tickets are still on sale. Stop by the hockey office at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum or reserve your seats by calling 228-275-WOLF (9653).
