SANTA CRUZ, Calif. - Oklahoma City Thunder forward Josh Huestis scored 21 points on 9-of-15 shooting as the Oklahoma City Blue defeated the Santa Cruz Warriors, 114-108, on Friday at Kaiser Permanente Arena. Huestis added four rebounds, three steals and three blocks in 34 minutes.

Talib Zanna produced his 16th double-double of the season with a season-high 29 points and 18 rebounds. Dakari Johnson scored 17 points with nine boards and Marquis Teague added 16 points with four assists.

The Blue's defensive presence began early as it held the Warriors to 31.6 percent in the opening quarter, outscoring Santa Cruz 29-17 in the frame. Oklahoma City pulled down 13 offensive boards in the first half to fuel a 59-43 advantage at the break.

Santa Cruz spurred an 8-0 run to pull within five at the three minute mark in the fourth quarter and would cut its deficit to three off a pair of foul shots with 15.4 seconds to play. Zanna scored nine points with five boards in the final quarter to help hold off the Warriors and clinch the road win.

Oklahoma City (17-27) dished out a season-high 32 assists - including 10 from Dwight Buycks.

Santa Cruz (16-27) was led by a pair of 26-point performances from Darington Hobson and Verdell Jones.
